I never knew the ‘official’ difference between the different types of brownie. I have tried all of the above with out realizing what really made the difference. This made interesting reading since I have a baking blog. I may be back to read more.

Pasta Princess – Thanks for stopping by! The Chinese Chickens Buns are not difficult to make, they’re just a bit time consuming. In a pinch, though, you could do some of the prep work ahead of time.

Arleen, you should be able to buy frozen bread dough at most grocery stores. I bought Bridgford bread dough at Safeway.

This looks real yummy. My husband loves barbeque pork buns. I am going to surprise him and his family with this chicken buns. By the way, where do you get the frozen bread dough?
